The ROTARACT Club of MCKVIE was founded in 2010. The brilliant idea of forming the Rotaract Club of MCKVIE was conceived by our Chairman of MCKV Group Rtn. Kishan Kumar Kejriwal and Prof. (Dr.) Arun Kr. Jalan (Dean-Student Affairs). The perspective of our club was to serve humanity as well as for the professional development of the member students. ROTARACT club has been converted to RISERS Club of MCKVIE in 2023 which has been always striving to make a meaningful social and cultural impact through various community service initiatives and engaging events.The club has grown over the past three years with its inspiring mottos – “RISE with Hope,” “RISE, Serve, Inspire” and the current “Inspire, Empower, Evolve” – which are all a reflection of the club’s journey of growth, social responsibility and commitment to empower individuals and strengthen communities. The club has successfully created a strong platform for youth participation, creativity and social welfare through awareness programs, cultural celebrations, educational activities and outreach initiatives. Risers Club has hosted many impactful flagship events such as Blood donation camp, Azaadi 2.0, Durga Drishti, Debipokkho, Rangotsav 3.0, Dandiya, Anvikshiki and Intellect Arena promoting patriotism, culture,creativityandintellectualgrowth. The club has also been actively involved in social and environmental causes through initiatives such as E- Waste, Clean Energy, Swachhata, Vastradaan, Gift of Warmth, Aponjon and Book-E-Boon. Besides, awareness and empowerment programmes such as Stem Cell, Gender Sensitization, Entrepreneurship Day, Udaan, Alokito and Paws of Honour have inspired social awareness, innovation, humanitarian values and compassion. Thus, the Risers Club has evolved into a socially responsible and culturally active organization that aims to foster positive change through these diverse initiatives. The specialty of our Club is that, the club has 582 members and about 25 prospective members.
