Mr. Ayon Chakraborty, Senior Manager for Service Flows and The Manager for Global IT Service Management at Scania, was invited to deliver the expert talk on the topic "An Introduction to IT Industry and Leadership". The insightful deliberation by Mr. Chakraborty helped the students to acquire contemporary knowledge about the information technology industry and the existing leadership pattern there.
