Course Overview
The M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Communication) is a two-year full-time postgraduate program designed to develop highly skilled academic professionals and researchers in the rapidly evolving field of communication engineering.
The curriculum is aligned with emerging technological advancements and industry requirements, incorporating cutting-edge topics such as 5G/6G Communication Systems, Software Defined Radio (SDR), Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence applications in Communications, and other contemporary research areas. This ensures that students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise relevant to modern communication technologies.
The department is supported by AICTE (MODROB)-funded state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with advanced instruments and industry-standard software tools, including HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, QualNet, and MATLAB. These facilities enable students to acquire hands-on technical skills in communication engineering as well as interdisciplinary domains.
