2 Day Workshop

A two-day workshop on "Regulations Relating to Presentation of Annual Accounts of Companies as per the Companies Act, 2013, and Various Issues Relating to Acquisition and Merger of Companies" was conducted by the Department of Management Science in collaboration with Institution's Innovation Council (IIC). The dates of workshop was 13.11.2024 and 14.11.2024. Mr. Subrata Kumar Ray, Professor of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) and Ex-General Manager & Company Secretary, MSTC Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise) and Ms. Arpita Dhal, Assistant Professor, MAKAUT, had taken the sessions.
