NOTICE

All Even Semester students (2^nd, 4^th and 6^thSemesters) are advised to deposit their fees at

the earliest but within the dates stipulated hereunder for getting themselves registered for the

next respective higher Odd Semester (3^rd, 5^th and 7^th Semesters)

FEES PAYABLE FOR THE SESSION 2012-2013

SCHEDULE FOR COLLECTION OF FEES

Fees will be accepted as per the schedule given below (except Mondays and holidays, if any )

Fees will be collected by BANK at the counter beside the Student Counter as per the following schedule. Fees will not be accepted from College Cash Counter during this period

NOTE : OUT STATION STUDENTS RESIDING AT FAR OFF PLACES DURING THE SUMMER RECESS MAY DEPOSIT THE FEES ON 17^TH JULY TO 25^TH JULY 2012 WITHOUT LATE FINE.

In case of any change in Fee Structure made and announced by the Government, Students will be required to pay the enhanced fee. Fees have to be paid in full as per the Schedule.
Pre-Printed Pay-in-Slips are to be used for this purpose. Students are advised to collect the pay-in-slips at the time of depositing the fee at the counter.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Cash or Demand Draft in favour of MCKV INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING Payable at Kolkata
No personal Cheque will be accepted
Students should mention their FULL NAME, STREAM, BATCH, COLLEGE ROLL NO on the backside of the DD.

FINE FOR LATE DEPOSIT OF FEES AND OTHER NORMS FOR DEFAULTERS

If the fees are not deposited within the stipulated due date late fine of Rs. 100/-per day will be charged w.e.f 1^st August, 2012 and thereafter if fees still remain unpaid, the student’s name will be struck off the College Roll and re-admission fees of Rs.3000/- alongwith fees and late fines will have to be paid.

EDUCATIONAL LOAN

Students who avail themselves of educational loan from different banks should approach their banks well in time so that DD can be collected by them well in before the due date.
For any certificate or authorization which students may require from the Institute for the purpose of taking bank loan, application should be made immediately but not later than 15 June, 2012.
