Introduction

Master of Computer Applications is a post-graduate program of MCKV Institute of Engineering. The program started from the year 2008. It is a three-year program spread over six semesters to bridge the chasm between computer studies and applications bringing within reach of enthusiastic youngsters an excellent group of experienced and dedicated staff, and an enviable infrastructure. Our MCA department strives to shape outstanding computer professionals with ethical and human values to reshape nation’s destiny.

The department gives emphasis on Research and Development activities. Not only the faculty members but also students have several contributions in National/International Conferences, Seminars and Journals. The students of MCA Department carry out various live projects and make entry into the industry through campus interviews.

Our departmental aim is to provide an excellent learning opportunity for all students and staff to develop knowledge and skills essential in enlightening the individual’s ability to think vitally and utilize information technology to meet the technological challenges of tomorrow and to refine knowledge and understanding through research and creativity.
